Bounty Group officially introduces Warhawk, a leading brand for gamefowl feeds, as the latest addition to its growing portfolio. This was announced during the Inoza Feeds Grand Launch held in Cebu, marking a significant step in the company’s agribusiness expansion through Inoza Feeds.

“With this acquisition, Bounty is stepping forward bolder, sharper, and more deliberate than ever. It’s not just about owning a brand, but reigniting a legacy. This is just the beginning, the execution of this integration is what will truly define our success,” said Polo Ablazo, General Manager of Commercial Feeds.

Bounty has made a series of moves to strengthen its position in the industry, including the acquisition of Warhawk. It reflects the company’s intent to expand not only its footprint, but also its impact, leveraging its integrated operations and long-standing expertise in agribusiness.

The integration of Warhawk into Inoza Feeds is expected to further strengthen Bounty’s fully integrated system—from breeding to broilers—ensuring consistency and quality across every stage of production. Central to this is the company’s continued focus on high-quality feeds designed to support the performance of both its farms and its partners.

Inoza Feeds celebrates 12 years of growth and partnership

Alongside the launch, Bounty also celebrated the 12th anniversary of Inoza Feeds, recognizing the customers, partners, distributors, and endorsers who have supported the brand since its early days.

“Many of our partners here today believed in us even when the Inoza name was still unknown, and that trust is something we will always be grateful for. What we’ve built over the years has grown beyond business—it’s a partnership rooted in trust, respect, and shared success,” said Val Manzo, Consultant for Inoza Feeds.

Insights shared during the event highlighted the brand’s growing impact, with customers reporting improved performance and sustained business growth after switching to Inoza Feeds.

Deputy Head of the Agri Group, Alaine Cheng, underscores their commitment to quality and high-performance feeds

“For years, we have been committed to building a system that ensures quality at every step—from how we produce to how we serve our partners. At the core of this is our focus on delivering high-quality feeds that support the performance of our farms and our customers,” said Alaine Cheng, Deputy Head of the Agri Group.

Driven by Bounty’s mission of “Food Made Better,” Inoza Feeds continues to enhance its product quality, packaging, and partner support, especially as the industry faces increasing global challenges and pressure.

“At Bounty, our promise is to deliver the best value and quality—products we trust enough to use in our own farms. We believe in a true farm-to-table approach where what we produce supports not just our business, but the food that reaches families,” said Cheng.

As Bounty looks ahead, the message across its leadership remains clear: growth will be built through discipline, partnership, and a shared commitment to excellence.
