Bounty Celebrates International Women’s Month with Digital and On-Ground Activations

March is the month of celebrating women’s achievements, contributions, and progress made in various fields, and as part of our continuous efforts in making Bounty a more gender-equal and inclusive workplace, we launched a month-long women empowerment campaign that celebrated the unique talents, skills, and perspectives of our female employees through digital and on-ground activations.

Digital and on-ground activations included the purple notes series, where employees gave motivating words to their female colleagues through google forms and physical sticky notes. We also ran online contests and an entire month of social media content dedicated to our female employees in different formats that highlighted the diversity and capabilities of our female employees.

Moreover, employees also wore purple shirts every Monday of the month in support of the campaign.

“We are proud to celebrate the contributions of women in our workplace and in our community,” said Atty. Kenneth Cheng, Bounty Fresh Group CEO. “We remain steadfast in our commitment to advancing gender equality in our organization.”

The celebration demonstrates our commitment to gender diversity and inclusion in the workplace. By creating a supportive and empowering environment for our female employees, we hope to create equal opportunities for all.
