We proudly congratulate Ms. Stephanie Balois-Guerrero, Vice President and Head of Marketing at Bounty Plus, Inc., on completing the SGV-MAP NextGen CEO Transformative Leadership Program and receiving its top honor, the 2026 Outstanding Transformative Leadership Award.
The recognition was presented during the MAP-SGV 7th NextGen Conference (UNCHARTED) at The Space at One Ayala on October 26, 2026, celebrating 15 executives who completed the five-month program.
Her award-winning project, Bounty Better Meals at School, was inspired by her experience as a mother and her commitment to helping families access nutritious, balanced and affordable school meals. Developed with input from parents and consultations with Mr. Francis Ong and the BVA HRI team, the proposal explores partnerships with school caterers to create better meal choices for children while building a sustainable institutional sales channel for Bounty.
