Bounty Cares Foundation successfully launched the “Bountree of Hope” activation in the office headquarters of Bounty located in the lobby of Inoza Tower, BGC, Taguig, from April 12 to July 7, 2023. The campaign encouraged employee camaraderie and participation, allowing them to be a part of something BIG that connects them to our communities by collecting in-kind donations for hygiene kits that included shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, and face towels.
The BounTREE of Hope is a metaphor for planting a seed of hope that is nourished through donations and volunteerism, helping the tree grow. After dropping the donations, employees inscribed an uplifting message on the lantern card and hung it on the tree that serves as a symbol of the crops yielded. This campaign creates a platform for the organization, its employees, and partners to come together and give back to its communities. The spirit of collaboration aligns perfectly with the company foundation’s values, to be a beacon of hope by uplifting the community through collective effort.
During the campaign activation, employees received a weekly Inventory Count Email every Friday to stay informed of the project’s progress. Many employees from headquarters and provincial areas donated items and volunteered their time to pack donations. Through this act of kindness, we sowed a bountiful harvest of smiles, bringing joy to hearts and spreading positivity in the community.
Creating a long lasting impact
The beneficiaries of the campaign were the 2 DSWD Center: Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC) in Bago-Bantay, Quezon City and Bahay Tuluyan ng mga Bata sa Dasmariñas in DBB – B Burol II Dasmariñas City, Cavite. The said LGU facilities provide rehabilitation, protection, and guidance to children who are victims of abandonment, discrimination, sexual abuse, and maltreatment.
The goal to acquire 120 donations was surpassed, with 159 hygiene kits gathered. Additionally, Bounty Cares donated P100,000 worth of Bounty Fresh Chicken Cut-Ups to two charities in light of the goal of providing nutritious meals to the children.
This proves that every contribution, no matter how small, has the potential to have a significant ripple effect onto the lives of those in need. In this time, the true value of giving is found not just in the resources provided, but also in the long-term transformation that these act has ignited.

Bounty employees’ generous donations have been essential to the success of this event. Also, Bounty’s commitment to volunteerism extends beyond a single event; it is about cultivating a sustained dedication to providing service and the drive to do more towards our communities. Through the facilitation of continuous possibilities for employees to engage in volunteerism, the company empowers them to become beacons of hope.
