Wicked for Good Block Screening: A Fundraising for Abundant Joy

A Wickedly Good Way to Give Back

At Bounty, the commitment to doing good starts with its people. Their everyday actions shape a culture of care that reaches far beyond the workplace.

That culture came alive once again through Wicked for Good, a fundraising block screening organized by the Bounty Cares Foundation. This spirit came alive during Wicked for Good, a fundraising block screening organized by the Bounty Cares Foundation. Held on November 30, 2025, at Power Plant Mall in Makati, the event gathered around 600 attendees for a meaningful movie night dedicated to empowering Filipino communities. Executives from across the Bounty Group were present, further highlighting Bounty’s collective commitment to community upliftment and sustainable impact.

The screening was made possible by Bounty Fresh Group Holdings for the benefit of Bounty Cares Foundation, Inc. Beyond the thrill of enjoying a world-class show, the heart of the evening was clear: to advance the foundation’s mission “to empower individuals and communities through sustainable solutions and transformative initiatives.”

Bounty Cares in Action

The Wicked for Good Block Screening is a continuation of Bounty Cares Foundation’s long-term commitment to empowering Filipino communities. Every ticket sold and every contribution made directly supports the foundation’s nationwide community programs, ensuring that this single evening of entertainment transforms into long-term impact.

Through partnerships, on-ground programs, and employee-led efforts, Bounty Cares continues to strengthen its mission of “Spreading Abundant Joy.” Among its key initiatives are:

  • Feeding and Health Initiatives: In collaboration with organizations like the GMA Kapuso Foundation, Bounty Cares supports feeding programs for undernourished students in Camarines Sur and other areas. The foundation also regularly partners with Red Cross Philippines for blood donation drives in various Bounty farms and operations nationwide, promoting employee volunteerism while contributing to life-saving causes.
  • Educational Support: Through its Scholarship Program, Bounty Cares currently supports 115 scholars pursuing agriculture-related degrees, nurturing future leaders in the industry and providing pathways to sustainable livelihoods.
  • Environmental Projects: Contributions fund community clean-up drives, organic fertilizer donations to farmers, and initiatives that promote environmental responsibility.
  • Disaster & Relief Efforts: Bounty Cares continues to provide immediate assistance to communities affected by natural or man-made disasters, supplying food, resources, and on-ground support.

Together, these initiatives represent the foundation’s holistic approach to improving lives, ensuring that every act of giving translates to sustained impact.

The Wicked for Good Block Screening supported these ongoing efforts, reinforcing Bounty’s vision of a future where communities are healthier, stronger, and more self-sufficient.

Purpose Beyond the Screen

At its core, the Wicked for Good Block Screening showed how small, simple moments — like watching a movie together — can contribute to something much bigger. It was a reminder that collective effort, regardless of its form, can drive positive change when guided by a shared sense of purpose.

By dedicating this gathering to the programs of the Bounty Cares Foundation, the company reaffirmed that corporate social responsibility is not a one-time effort but an enduring part of its culture. Every employee who attended became part of a bigger story; one that embraced compassion, accountability, and community upliftment.

Events like this also strengthen the bond between employees and the organization’s mission. They highlight how Bounty’s people are not only the force behind its success but also active contributors to its broader vision of nation-building.

The Wicked for Good Block Screening stands as a testament to how the company values both its people and its purpose — creating opportunities to engage meaningfully while supporting causes that matter.

Looking Ahead

As Bounty Cares Foundation continues to expand its programs and partnerships, events like the Wicked for Good Block Screening serve as reminders of the organization’s unique approach to social responsibility: one that’s rooted in both compassion and action.

The foundation remains committed to addressing long-term community needs, encompassing nutrition and health, as well as education and infrastructure. Each initiative, big or small, contributes to the vision of Abundant Joy for All.

The success of this year’s internal fundraiser reinforces that meaningful change begins with simple acts — and that doing good can take many forms. Whether through feeding programs, scholarships, or blood donation drives, every effort adds up to something greater: a legacy of care built by the Bounty family.

Spreading Abundant Joy, Together

The Wicked for Good Block Screening captures what Bounty Cares Foundation stands for: generosity, unity, and purpose. It’s a celebration of how everyday moments can be transformed into opportunities to give back, and how each contribution strengthens the company’s ongoing advocacy to build better communities. We can all be Wicked for Good — not just for a day, but for a lifetime of making a difference.
