Organized by Bounty’s dynamic Modern Trade Sales Team, the event transformed the superstore into a hub where new ideas sparked, and attendees from different Bounty divisions had the chance to showcase their innovative products and exchange fresh perspectives.

For Ditas Marinas, Quality Assurance Manager for Provincial Plants, the innovation summit was an extension of her day-to-day role in ensuring product quality. However, this time, it allowed her to see the results of Bounty’s efforts from a new perspective.
“My learning from this activity is actually a continuation of my role as Quality Assurance Personnel. We ensure compliance at every process step from the plant level to produce better quality products. Today, we saw where those products are sold.
Her experience at the summit highlighted how crucial it is to not only ensure product quality but also to understand the customer journey. By connecting the dots from production to distribution, Ditas gained valuable insights into how quality is maintained throughout the process.
Engr. Kim Dizon, Plant Manager at the Dressing Plant in Tarlac, walked away from the summit with a renewed sense of purpose. The event gave him valuable insight into how Bounty’s products are presented at the store level, reinforcing the importance of continuous improvement.
“As someone who works at the Dressing Plant, this year’s Innovation Summit Open House with Modern Trade helped me to see how our products are handled and presented at a store level. It gives us insight on what we can improve in the products that we produce in DP because having a mindset of continuous improvement is really important in the company.”
